LeaseUp has three plans, billed monthly in GBP: Starter at £79/month, Growth at £199/month, Pro at £399/month. Starter covers up to 25 properties and 2 users, Growth up to 100 properties and 5 users, and Pro is unlimited on both. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin. You can start a trial on any tier and change your mind before you are charged.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. All plans run month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Pro customers can opt for annual billing to save 15%. If you decide to leave, you can export all your data at any time in standard formats.
Will you help me move off my current system?
Yes. Migration is part of the plan rather than a paid extra, with CSV import as the baseline. Which direct integrations get built first will be decided by what early customers actually run on today.
